Three ways: (1) Click the link provided in your Token order confirmation email, (2) visit your Veer My Account page and select "Veer Valet", or (3) click “Schedule Pick Up” on this page.
Each Veer Valet shipment includes $500 of accidental loss or damage insurance for free. Depending on the value of what you’re sending, you can elect to upgrade coverage for a small fee. For example, $1,000 of coverage costs $5. $2,500 of coverage costs $10.

I recently used the Veer Valet travel bag for my little one’s first cruise, and it made the entire experience so much easier. Purchasing the tokens was simple, and the bag had plenty of space to send everything we couldn’t take on the plane. I coordinated with our hotel in advance, and they were happy to receive and store the bag at no extra charge.
The process was seamless: I scheduled the delivery, left the bag at the door, and FedEx picked it up. I confirmed with the hotel once it was delivered, and when we arrived, the bag was waiting for us—no stress, no hassle.
The only slightly tricky part was scheduling the pickup from the cruise port after our trip. I couldn’t do it online and had to call customer service to provide the details. There was an additional fee for port pickup, but I received clear instructions via email, and the handler even texted me the day before. We were met right outside the luggage terminal, and the handoff was quick and easy.
Overall, the process was smooth and incredibly helpful. It saved us from dealing with excessive airline luggage fees and made traveling with a toddler much more manageable. I’m definitely planning to use this service again in the future!

The Veer Valet is truly a wonderful product—such a clever idea and so easy to use. When we first discovered it, we had a 4-year-old and a 5-month-old and were preparing for six weeks in Florida. Packing felt overwhelming, especially since we couldn’t bring our Veer Wagon or Family Base Camp for the beach. While browsing your site for alternatives, I stumbled across the Valet—and I’m so glad I did.
We initially paid $299 and felt it was worth the price, but when the cost dropped to $199 and you automatically credited us $100 back, I was blown away. That kind of proactive customer care is rare these days and really made an impression.
Purchasing the token and booking shipping was seamless. At first, the pricing seemed a little high, but when you consider the convenience, it’s an absolute no-brainer. While we still weren’t able to bring our wagon and Family Base Camp, we had everything we needed for a long trip away from home, without feeling like we had to sacrifice.
The Valet itself was amazing—easy to use, practical, and so worth the cost. Being able to upgrade to 3-day shipping for only $20 was a total game changer. We already loved our Veer products, but the Valet really took things to the next level. My only regret is not getting a second one for the trip home, since we had to ship our extra vacation purchases back in a box. Boring (and considerably more expensive)!
