Careful: over 75 pounds (that's a lot) may incur additional handling fees.

A Veer Valet Token is your digital pass for a one-way, domestic ground shipment of your Veer Valet Tavel Bag. You will redeem your token when you schedule your pick-up.

Upgrade to express or international shipping and add additional insurance at time of booking.

Schedule Pick-Up

Schedule the day and time you'd like us to pick up your Veer Valet Travel Bag from your home or office, or from your vacation spot to make the return trip home.

You’ll be asked for your credit card during the scheduling process in case of weight surcharges.

What is Veer Valet?

Veer Valet is a door-to-door gear shipping service designed to make family travel easier. Pack your gear in the Veer Valet Travel Bag, schedule your pickup and we’ll deliver it to your hotel or rental—so you arrive ready, not overloaded.

How does Veer Valet work?

Purchase a Veer Valet Travel Bag.
Purchase a Veer Valet Token.
Pack your gear in the Veer Valet Travel Bag.
Schedule your pickup.
We ship your gear to your destination.
Ready to send it back? Just purchase another Token and go back to Step 3 (or buy the 2nd token and insert both labels in the bag in advance).

How do I book my shipment?

Three ways: (1) Click the link provided in your Token order confirmation email, (2) visit your Veer My Account page and select "Veer Valet", or (3) click “Schedule Pick Up” on this page.

Is my gear insured during shipment?

Each Veer Valet shipment includes $500 of accidental loss or damage insurance for free. Depending on the value of what you’re sending, you can elect to upgrade coverage for a small fee. For example, $1,000 of coverage costs $5. $2,500 of coverage costs $10.
