How Tokens Work with Veer Valet
Purchase Your Tokens
Tokens are the exclusive form of payment for Veer Valet, and must be purchased before your next scheduled pickup. Each Token is a digital pass to have one Veer Valet Travel Bag picked up and delivered to your destination.
Pack Your Bags
Tokens can only be used to ship Veer Valet Travel Bags (sold separately). Make sure you have enough bags for all your gear.

Door-to-Door Service
After a Token is redeemed and your pickup is scheduled, leave the Veer Valet Travel Bag outside your door (or drop at a nearby pickup location).

When you purchase a Token, you're not just getting a Veer Valet shipment. You're buying freedom. Pack light, travel light, arrive light. Enjoy.
It's a digital pass for a one-way trip of your Veer Valet Travel Bag, including pick-up and delivery. For a round trip to your vacation destination and back home, you'll need two (2) Veer Valet Tokens, one for each way. Got two Veer Valet Travel Bags? In that case, you'll need four (4) tokens—two to get each bag to your destination, and two to get each bag back.
Purchase your Token(s) before booking a Veer Valet shipment, as Tokens are the exclusive form of payment for Veer Valet. However, you can buy multiple Tokens at any time and bank them for future shipments. For your first shipment, we recommend purchasing at least two (2) Tokens for one (1) Veer Valet Travel Bag going to your destination and back. Remember that Veer Valet Tokens are good for up to three (3) years.
There are a few ways to use your Token to book a shipment: click the link provided in your order confirmation email; visit your My Account page on goveer.com and select Veer Valet; or click “Schedule Pick Up” from the Veer Valet page. Otherwise, visit veer.shipplay.com and manually enter your shipment details and Token ID (which can be found on your My Account page on goveer.com).
Easy. Just purchase two Veer Valet Tokens—one for each leg of the journey. You can print both shipping labels before you leave and place them in the Valet Bag’s clear sleeve. When your trip is over, simply dispose of the outbound label, and the return label will be ready and waiting.
You can use your Veer Valet Token to and from just about any country. Depending on which countries, there are upgrade fees that are charged when you schedule your pickup. For a shipment to and from Canada, it's a $10 USD upgrade.

The Veer Valet is truly a wonderful product—such a clever idea and so easy to use. When we first discovered it, we had a 4-year-old and a 5-month-old and were preparing for six weeks in Florida. Packing felt overwhelming, especially since we couldn’t bring our Veer Wagon or Family Base Camp for the beach. While browsing your site for alternatives, I stumbled across the Valet—and I’m so glad I did.
We initially paid $299 and felt it was worth the price, but when the cost dropped to $199 and you automatically credited us $100 back, I was blown away. That kind of proactive customer care is rare these days and really made an impression.
Purchasing the token and booking shipping was seamless. At first, the pricing seemed a little high, but when you consider the convenience, it’s an absolute no-brainer. While we still weren’t able to bring our wagon and Family Base Camp, we had everything we needed for a long trip away from home, without feeling like we had to sacrifice.
The Valet itself was amazing—easy to use, practical, and so worth the cost. Being able to upgrade to 3-day shipping for only $20 was a total game changer. We already loved our Veer products, but the Valet really took things to the next level. My only regret is not getting a second one for the trip home, since we had to ship our extra vacation purchases back in a box. Boring (and considerably more expensive)!

We used the Veer Valet Travel Bag and Token system for the first time this month and absolutely love it. It made it desirable to ship things out to our vacation rental that we definitely would have left back at home or rented- pack&play, stroller, tons of diapers, our son's little bike and other things we didn't feel like flying with. Even after all of that, there was still some room left. Definitely going to be using it again on our next trip.

Love the ease of getting and using the tokens! We haven't ever shipped anything for our trips- mostly due to the hassle of setting everything up. Veer Valet really streamlines the whole process and made it an option for us. Just buy a token, redeem it by scheduling a pick up/ drop off and that's it!

Brought our pack and play and a bunch of beach toys and gear. Bag was in our room upon arrival. Very easy, will use often. Should have printed the retun trip shipping label at home before we left, had to print at the hotel.
