If you spend most of your time around town, like through the neighborhood or through local attractions or stores, then the Cruiser City is a popular choice because it steers just like a premium stroller (with the swivel wheels furthest from the handle bar). 2-seater and 4-seater Cruisers require mostly different accessories because they are different dimensions. Most 2-seater and 4-seater accessories are not compatible with each other. There are exceptions, like Cup Holders, Sidewall Kits, Catch All's and Cargo Nets, which are universal and can be used with either.
