Beach Wheels should be inflated between 2-3 psi. Use a tire pressure gauge to make sure Beach Wheels are properly inflated, or if a tire pressure gauge is not available you can get an approximation of tire pressure by measuring tire diameter. Diameter should measure 8.6"/220 mm for the smaller Swivel Beach Wheels and 14.1"/360 mm for Large Beach Wheels when properly inflated. DO NOT overinflate as doing so might cause permanent damage.
While Beach Wheels are made for getting dirty, proper cleaning and maintenance to remove salt water and sand will keep it operating smoothly. Hosing down Cruiser along with the Beach Wheels is recommended after each use. Remove any accessories and the Beach Wheels before you hose with fresh water. Let the Cruiser and Beach Wheels completely air dry before reassembly. Use a soft brush to gently brush sand from parts and cycle the components until the sand is ejected and the components cycle freely. Use of compressed air while pushing brake pins in and out with your finger (they are spring loaded) will help to eject any sand that may be in brake pin housing. A dry silicone-based lube can be used but DO NOT use WD40. Pressing the front swivel wheel release button with the wheels removed will help eject sand that may get caught in the housing.
Whether using with the All-Terrain Cruiser or Cruiser City, Beach Wheels are designed for pull mode only. Before pulling, be sure to unlock and drop the handle into pull mode when Cruiser is loaded. Do not use Cruiser in push or push-along mode when Beach Wheels are installed, nor pull when handle is in a locked upright position, as doing so can cause damage to the Cruiser that is not covered under Veer's Limited Warranty.
We know you’re eager to get your adventures underway so we work hard to get your new Veer gear to you as quickly as possible.
Veer optimizes your cart so items ship from the nearest Veer warehouse where inventory exists in order to minimize delivery time (and cost, if you choose an expedited method).
However, delivery estimates are dependent upon a variety of factors, including weather and other disruptions at the shipping carrier. Also note that Veer may also be required to verify identity and/or address information in the approval process, which may cause shipping delays.
Shipping carriers experience high demand from time to time, and FedEx is no exception. Please note that delivery to some regions may take longer during times of peak demand.
We feel the need for speed! In Stock items ordered by noon EDT Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) ship that day. In Stock items ordered after noon EDT, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
Pre-order or out of stock items will ship separately in the future. In other words, if some items on your order are In Stock and some items are not, In Stock items will be separately shipped now.
Veer operates two distribution centers – one in Reno and one in Atlanta – which allows us to efficiently deliver to over 90% of addresses in the continental US in 1 or 2 days using Fedex Home Delivery. This allows us to deliver 7 days a week for speedy delivery on weekends as well. Additionally, we’re pleased to automatically upgrade shipping to Hawaii and Alaska orders using Fedex 2-Day service at no additional cost.
In the event there are items in your order that are not available in the closest distribution center, those items will ship from our alternative distribution center separately.
All orders at goveer.com receive free ground shipping! We are able to ship to valid United States addresses. Some items, such as replacement parts, can also ship to Canadian addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or military bases (APO/FPO addresses).
Shipments to some regions can take up to 7 days and shipments to Hawaii may take longer (even if it ships via express 2-day shipping). If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose that option at checkout.
We ask that you report any missing items or packages within 7 days of delivery date so that we can address the issue with our carrier(s) within their required time lines.
