Do you offer replacement parts for my Switchback System?
Yes, we offer a complete assortment of replacement parts to support use of your Switchback gear over many years. You can find those here [LINK} or just chat or email us to confirm the parts you may need.
Can I add a second child on the &Jog frame?
No. The &Jog frame was designed to accommodate one Switchback Seat, infant car seat or Bassinet. If your family needs a frame that can handle two seats, we recommend the &Roll frame. As background, some parents purchase a typical 3-wheel "jogger" because they are perceived to be more all-terrain. While that's generally true, our 4-wheel &Roll frame was specifically designed to be all-terrain with its various shock absorption characteristics and oversized tires, so unless you are fired up to jog or run, if you have or are expecting two kids, the &Roll frame may be a better option for you.
What accessories are compatible to use with the &Roll or &Jog?
The Switchback System is designed to be modular, and serve your family's needs over many years. All Switchback accessories are compatible with the &Roll and &Jog frames.
Can I attach the Bassinet to the &Jog frame?
Absolutely, yes. Both the &Roll and &Jog frames were specifically designed to accommodate our Bassinet.
Do I need to replace a flat tire with a new wheel?
If your tire is damaged we can certainly help with a new wheel, however, if only the innertube is damaged you may replace it on your own. The front wheel requires a 12.5” x 2.25” tube, while the two rear oversized tires require a 16” x 1.75” tube. Replacement tubes for the front tire must have a "bent" valve stem. Pro Tip: For small holes, add a dab of tire sealant inside the tube (make sure you have a Schrader valve core remover and tire removal lever).

Product started having issues almost immediately. Left wheel clicks, the hand break only works on the left wheel causing the stroller to dramatically turn left, the parking break works but when unlocking only works half the time on unlocking the left wheel. Yesterday the folding mechanism broke. We now have a stroller than cannot unfold rendering it useless after less than a month.
Since we purchased through Kidsland, Veer will only offer us trouble shooting ideas. We spent $900 on this stroller to replace our previous jogger and everyday running errands stroller.
We have been in contact with both companies. Veer is refusing a refund or a replacement. Kidsland has stopped responding to our emails altogether.

I've been using this all summer for my newest baby. I took it to beaches, trails, gravel, paved, berry picking, everything. I absolutely love it. I bought the weather protector for it and it is an amazing add on, protects from the cold wind and rain keeping them toasty and comfortable. The ability to change directions that the baby is facing is wonderful. The simple switch from car seat to switchback seat is another plus. I took a train and was able to take the carseat off and use it on the train and just store the frame. The only down side is one wheel is sticky when I lock the wheels and it can be frustrating at times. Not sure if its all or I just got a dud. The shock system works great. I was worried it wouldn't hold up to alaska needs and it proved me wrong. I will use this all winter too, planning on getting the winter muff. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is the wheel sticking.
