Amazing products and customer service, highly recommend!
The travel bag offers great protection for the wagon, but has little to no room for the accessories. Some better engineering could have provided more room to tuck accessories into the wagon itself when collapsing, or at least a large accessory pocket on the outside of the case. As it stands, if you're flying with the veer (my primary use for this bag), you'll need to plan on packing accessories separately.
When breaking down the wagon, it's likely you'll have the brake turned on. The brake also helps get the cover on, since it's a tight fit. Once the cover is installed it's very difficult to release the brake, which is necessary to roll the cruiser on its two larger wheels. Overall, the bag does it's job well, but I had hoped for better design considering it's premium price point.
Hi Calvin. We recommend standing the Cruiser upright and slipping the bag down over the Cruiser. In this way, you don’t need to apply the brake. Give that a shot and let us know if you’re still having issues at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!
Bought travel bag last minute for trip to Bahamas. No issues gate checking wagon with Delta. Didn't even have to put wagon on scanner at security . They just wiped it down and checked it all over. Worked great at all the pools and the beach. And for hauling towels, snacks etc.
We recently purchased the travel bag for a vacation to Hawaii. We loved the bag but came across the same problem as others with there being no space for accessories. We were only able to include the snack tray in the bag. We had to carry the other accessories in flight with us (toddler support seat, cup holders, and canopy). Overall we love the veer products but just thing there is room for improvement with the travel bag.
It protected the wagon very well . Just a little bit tight need to find right angle to put on
